A proper 12ft match rod with a through action. Light enough for all-day float fishing, strong enough to handle fish up to 5lb. The Beta is Shakespeare's budget range but it punches well above its price. A favourite with canal and river anglers.

Slightly shorter at 10ft, carbon blank for better sensitivity. Good for tighter swims where a 12ft rod is too long. The carbon makes it lighter and more responsive than the Beta.
